How does it work?

Select your frequency. We will contact you to setup your days of service. We come out and scoop your dog poop. At your first service we can arrange details on whether your dog(s) will be in the yard or not or whether or not you will be home during time of service as well as other details customized to you!

Can I request a specific day and time for cleanup?

Currently we only service Wednesday - Sunday's from the hours of 8 am - 8 pm. More days coming in the future! You can pick your cleanup day however as for cleanup times we do not provide a specific time to optimize routes to keep prices low for you. We will text you prior to our arrival (Estimated time before our arrival could be 15 minutes - 1 hour). Similar to your garbage truck coming around, you do not need to be home during the service if you are not able to.

How much does it cost and what is included?

Price varies on number of dogs, residence yard size, and frequency.

Each service includes us coming out and scooping up all the dog poop off your yard!

Which areas do you service?

Currently, serving Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Galt, Davis, Lincoln, and more! Unsure about your area contact us and we'll let you know if we service your area!

Do I need to sign any contracts?

No contracts, no saved card information. Invoices are sent monthly.

Where is the dog waste disposed after the cleaning?

All dog waste is placed in a plastic bag and disposed in your garbage bin after the service is complete.

How do you ensure Pet Safety?

We clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard if you are not home. We ensure all our employees are background checked.

Can you clean with my dog in my yard?

Yes as long as the dog or dogs are friendly but we prefer if they are secured to further ensure they do not escape. No worries if you are unable to secure them!
